Contacting Technical Support Best Practices
To help expedite the solution to your problem, please try to follow these guidelines when writing us:
1) Include as much information as possible in your message. You cannot include too much information. Describe what you did, how you did it, what actually happened, and what you think should have happened. Include error messages, error codes, or even screenshots of the issue.
2) At the same time, try to be concise. Make your message clear so that we do not have to interpret your message.
3) Mention how long this issue has been going on. Has it just started? or did it start a while ago?
4) Have you noticed any patterns? Do you think you know what is going on?
5) How important is the resolution of this issue? Does it prevent you from doing your school work?
